Dr. Barry Goldman is board-certified in dermatology and has been in private practice since 1995. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He was a clinical assistant professor at New York University Medical Center for 10 years and is the Chief of Dermatology at New York Downtown Hospital in Lower Manhattan. He has published over 20 articles and chapters in the field of Dermatology. Our mission is to provide high quality dermatological skin care. We strive to individualize treatment to meet each patient's unique needs and requests. We aim to provide courteous, compassionate care while sticking to the busy schedules of the New Yorkers in our practice. By offering full service dermatology, cosmetic and surgical services under one roof, each patient can feel confident that they are receiving the services that are appropriate for their individual concerns. In addition to a skin cancer fellowship, Dr. Goldman has received extensive training in the use of laser and light therapy for skin problems. Recent additions to the practice include lasers for acne and acne scarring. We also perform treatments with Botox and fillers. In addition, we have added a medical aesthetician to our staff who performs microdermabrasion and hair removal.

Dr. Goldman was great. The wait was less than 5 minutes and I was out in less than 30 minutes, even after a thorough skin exam. Highly recommended!

Dr. Goldman was able to see me right away on my lunch break. He was quick but not hasty- Thorough and professional. This was a return visit. I would see him again but hopefully won't have to.

Great service from the doctor. Was early for the appt. and did not have to wait to be seen. Front desk staff could have been more personable, but wasn't rude, just not "friendly". Love this site!!

My visit to Dr. Goldman's office was great! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes including first time patient paperwork. He's very nice and understanding, and treated my condition right away.
