Dr. Barry Kirschenbaum - MD

There was no parking in the area, had to pay for valley outside the building. The building itself was very old looking and unkempt. The office and tools were very old (typewriters?). The office staff were friendly, but very rushed. Dr. Kirschenbaum was nice, but seemed impersonal and in a hurry. Was taking care of four patients at once, going from room to room every 2 or 3 minutes. When he came in, the appointment lasted a few short minutes and was ready to start giving prescriptions so he can go to the next person. I've heard that he goes on many trips, so he might have just had a very busy schedule today, and this was the exception from the usual.

Professional demeanor. He didn't jump to a conclusion about my skin issues. I'll have to go back after lab tests. But I feel confident that he'll figure out what the problem is.

The dr was nice. He seemed to want to " get in and out". Would of liked him to be a little more patient with me. The receptionist on the other hand needs to learn phone skills and people skills. If it weren't for the dr. I would not go back. The ladies who answer the phone,whoever you were, need to watch Passion of the Christ and learn some compassion!!!
