Patient Reviews for Dr. Benjamin Chadi - MD
Very old and dirty office.
He is a one man show, no receptionist, his office was dirty, equipment outdated, no other patients, it was a very uncomfortable experience. When I arrived the suite was locked and I waited for 30 minutes until he arrived, by himself, to unlock it and see me. I would have left on the spot but needed a prescription refilled so I stayed. It was terrible.
Dr. Benjamin Chadi is a smart man but he needs to pay more attention to his patients when they're in the room. He answered 3 phone calls during a 30 minute visit and spoke on the phone for 15+ minutes during the visit. As a patient, you want to be the focus of your doctor's attention and interruptions such as phone calls are very disheartening.
Very unprofessional office. Locked door, no receptionist, dirty office. Very nice guy, but really needs to get his office in order. I couldn't recommend him, unfortunately.
good and friendly doctor
Very nice fellow, big problems with the office space.
Awesome guy!
dirty unkept office, no staff, after taking my blood he "made" a bandaid out of towel paper and tape. specifically asked him to mail a copy of my blood tests and forgot. called and reminded him, and he forgot again. had to pick it up myself in person to get the job done.
Office was not very clean, but very respectable and thorogh review.
Excellent Doctor. Very professional, expedient, and thorough. Highly reccomended.
Nice Guy kindergarten of crapy office
I couldn't believe the office when I got there. To be honest, everything was just dirty. I thought I was going to catch something by being there. If you don't believe me, go and check out the tongue depressors.
Office is sketchy and seems like a backroom operation. Dusty, dingy, and cramped.
Dr. Chadi seems very competent. Speaks fluent English. The office is nothing to look at - two small examination rooms connected by a small sitting area with cheap carpeting and chairs. These guys are super low tech - everything is pen & paper, and the scale is probably older than you. So if you are looking for a doctor's office that resembles a high tech spa, this is not the place for you. But, I found the doctor to be friendly and knowledgable, which is what really matters.
The office is a little dodgy, but Dr. Chadi's diagnosis was right on and he helped me get the tests done to confirm the issue VERY quickly. He is also an attending physician at Beth Israel hospital and his connections to BI proved to be very helpful as I worked through my issue.
