Extremely thorough and I did not feel rushed. It may be the first time I ever got in every concern or question at a Doctor's visit. I am very impressed at the sincere friendly environment that her staff creates. It was certainly the first time I felt all of my concerns were addressed, addressed well, and addressed with ease. I am very happy I chose Dr. Jackson.

I think getting ahold of her on the phone is very hard

She was VERY THOROUGH! She paid attention to what I was saying, and asked a lot of questions. When performing my yearly exam, she explained everything to me. I had no questions when I left. AWESOME DOCTOR!!

She is an excellent Cardiologist with years of knowledge. Great visit , very attentative

I was very impressed with Dr. Jackson's office, beginning when I walked in the door. The staff was polite and friendly; I was especially impressed with the way the staff greeted patients by name, and asked questions about their health and their lives that suggested they actually listened to and cared about their patients. The nurse that handled my visit was very nice, spent time with me, and kept me informed along the way (I wish I wrote down her name so I could single her out in particular!). Dr. Jackson took a lot of time and care with me reviewing my paperwork before the initial exam, and designed a treatment plan that went above and beyond what I expected. She's very thoughtful, insightful, and thorough and really seems to consider the whole person in designing a way forward. I would highly recommend this office.

She was patient and asked me lots of good questions to try to figure out what was wrong and treatment needed. Her office staff was helpful too and helped me schedule an appointment with a specialist.

My visit with Dr. Bernice Jackson was the same as my first visit, fantastic. Even though I have almost been a patient with Dr. Jackson for a year I still feel like a new patient. She continues to provide me with one-on-one attention and at each visit she ensures that she covers any concerns past or present and upon leaving every question/concern is answered. The administrative staff a professional and courteous as well. I also feel better upon leaving than when I arrived with the professional and courteous services provided during my visit.

Dr. Jackson was very professional and solved my problem immediately by calling another specialist who was able to supply the medical device I required. As a physician, I am very particular and pleasantly surprised by Dr. Jackson.

I was very impressed with my visit as a new patient. After having the same doctor for over 25 years, I did not know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was called to the room before I had even finished by paper work. The office was not over crowded as I had anticipated. She was very thorough and took time to review my history which allowed me the time to think of any questions.

My appointment today was excellent. Dr. Jackson's is very informative, patient and answer all questions with answers that you would feel comfortable with.

The visit to the office of Dr. Jackson was comfortable. The doctor herself was very thorough and informative. It is clear that the patients health drives her practice. The only con is having to go outside the office for some routine tests. However, her staff Akua and Christina are great. They both helped to ease my anxiety with a new provider. I was definitely satisfied and would recommend this provider!

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Jackson. I was a first time patient. I had to do the paperwork so I expected to have to wait. But the staff was friendly and office was neat.

I feel like she knows what she's doing. Worth the wait because she actually takes the necessary time with her patients. Rare.

Appointment was for 9:00, but didn't see the doctor until 9:50. That was the only downside.

The visit was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Dr. Jackson was very welcoming she answered all of my questions, provided referrals when needed and I feel comfortable about the advise that she provided. As a transferring patient I feel very happy with my decision so far.

I found Dr. Jackson to be warm and professional. I felt valued and respected. She taught me things I did not know about my insurance coverage. She ordered my prescriptions immediately and my pharmacy called me before I left her office. It was my first visit to Dr. Jackson, and now I'm celebrating having found an A+ doctor in DC!!! She was everything that I was looking for in a doctor plus the extra miles. This is really what I have been missed for the pass 14 years is a very good doctor who explain what is going on with you and then she state let's see what we can do I love that and as a doctor she is very wonderful.

I've been searching for a new Primary Care doctor, and I've definitely found one! Dr. Jackson was extremely compassionate and cared about my overall health and not just the illness I was seeking treatment for. Her front desk staff were helpful and pleasant, albeit one who was a bit too casual for the professional work enviornment.

I didn't mind the wait time. Dr. Jackson is an excellent doctor and she takes her time with her patients to make sure that they get excellent care.

Besides the awkward Maury paternity turned Tyra Banks cum the next Oprah talk shows they watch on constatnt circuit, Jackson's office is a shrine to the ultimate in health care. Dr. Jackson is nothing short of a small miracle. She's beyond thorough.
