The doctor is great. But the administration could improve. I booked on line an appointment on the 110th street location. But the doctor turned out to be at the 70th street location.

This was my second visit to Westside Family Medicine, yet, my first time as a patient of Dr. Bregman. He was very professional and thorough. He took time out to explain various terms and conditions to me, and showed genuine concern. He is definitely someone who I would recommend. Additionally, his staff were very professional and caring to my needs.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Bregman. I got there early and they actually got me in 20 minutes early. Dr. Bregman is great. Seemed to be very thorough, great bedside manner. His staff is every bit as friendly as he is. Overall, very happy I selected him as my PCP and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for a doctor.

Dr. Bregman is has a great bedside manner, is very friendly and gentle. He takes his time in both listening and providing advice and I have never felt as if he was rushing to the next patient. His offices are very comfortable and clean. Overall, he is the best physician I have ever had. I would highly recommend Dr. Bregman. I have been his patient for about 3 years now and have had similarly great experiences on all prior visits.

I liked the Doctor very much. His nurse was terrific too.... never have I had such a successful blood draw. The office staff seemed young and vague in their duties. Very sweet girls, but I didn't feel they were clear with me or on the ball. The Doctor had ordered am MRI for me, but when I asked about their arranging it they acted as if they had no idea. It would not have been taken care of had I not brought it up or pursued it.

Excellent! My wife and I try to avoid those doctors who are seeing 10 other patients at the same time, never sit down with you, and stand with one hand on the doorknob slowly opening the door to leave WHILE you're trying to get answers to your questions and get more information. These doctors are NOTHING like that! And the nurses and staff are equally attentive and don't make you feel like you're getting rushed. HIGHLY recommended!

Dr. B is awesome, if you are thinking about getting a new doctor, or changing doctors, you cannot go wrong here. Even though I try to diagnose myself in advance of every visit, Dr. B is willing to hear my assessment of my health issues before he offers his professional opinion. He is usually right, but I've had previous doctors who will blow me off and ask if I have a medical degree. With Dr. B, I feel like I am an active participant in my overall health and that makes me want to come back time and time again. I've talked to other patients in the waiting room who, like me, met Dr. B and his staff when they lived in the UWS. Then, after moving to Brooklyn to get more space or have kids, they still trek all the way back. That tells you something since most New Yorkers hate to be inconvenienced.

The visit was fantastic! The office ambiance is bright and friendly. Dr. Bregman and his staff was wonderful, patience, and attentive. When reading my blood pressure, the results came up high the first two times. I reassured them that I don't suffer from high pressure. So, they were patience enough to try the third time and the reading was correct. I would highly recommend and would see Dr. Bregman again for any ailment.
