Dr. Dock was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He attended high school at Detroit Country Day School in Birmingham, Michigan, and was a national merit scholar. He received a degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and earned a medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. Dr. Dock completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Oakwood Hospital and a dermatology residency at Wayne State University where he served as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Dr. Dock's clinical interests and expertise include the detection and treatment of skin cancer, contact dermatitis and other dermatologic conditions. He has presented papers at state and national dermatology conferences and has published several journal articles. Dr. Dock is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
