Not that impressed. He tried to jam me with his Juva skin care product for my condition when it wasn't covered by my insurance. When I asked for a product that would be covered by my insurance, he became defensive. Not what I like to see from my doctor.
The front office staff's approach is almost comical. They acted extremely entitled and snotty as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to fill out the medical forms. Also, even if you're not having plastic surgery the receptionists don't understand why you should not fill out the form. They're an extremely intelligent bunch! The initial experience in that office is so uncomfortable and dramatic that Dr. Katz could have given me the skin of an angel and I STILL wouldn't go back....
Great experience all around
