Patient Reviews for Dr. Bruce Glassman - MD
I was very nervous when I got to the office but the Doctor talked to me and helped to calm my fears. I now know why my Primary Care Dr. recommended your office.
Dr. Glassman gave me great information and answered all my questions. He was courteous and attentive.
Dr. Glassman is very thorough but I always have to wait to see him. The waiting room was very full including crying babies!
The doctor and his assistant were both a little impersonal, but professional enough for me not to care.
Very professional and competent
I was brought in right at my appointment time, saw the doctor, and was out in a little over 1/2 hour. Very efficient and thorough. I also liked that the intake paperwork is all online so that I could complete it before I got there.
Dr. Glassman was great. He was quick and efficient but also thorough. The assistant was also very pleasant. I did not have to wait long to be seen.
very busy practice but wait time did not reflect so, only about 12_15 min our so. Dr. was good but a little indecisive, let me make the call on the prescription but I didn't know too much about it. overall it meet my needs
I waited over an hour with my 15months little girl. Dr Glassman spent less than 3 minutes. with us. I will never go back there again. 3 whole minutes that includes him giving us a prescription.
very dessapointed,he did not take the time to explain and tell me the couse of the problem of my child.it took him less than a minute to determinate and prescribe the medication.I will not visit his office again.
I was vey lucky to get the chance to see him. i had been suffering with itching problem mostly on my arms and legs. visited more than two clinics in the last two years but none were as efective as of DR. Bruce. he gave me two types of lotions and within a week time, i am relieved. but the treatment is to continue, i do hope i will give him good news at time of my next appointment.
Dr Glassman is a pleasant doctor who listens to you, has time for a joke and or small talk but still works efficiently to find out the right treatment. He answered all my questions and concerns.
It was fast and effective!
I was very impressed because the very moment that I went to make the appointment, I found ZocDoc and make my appointment there, plus all the paperwork was done on the web before I went. I expressed to Dr. Glassman how great that was.
Very nice but I got there on time and had to wait over an hour.
Dr. Glassman was professional and knowledgable. His bedside manner was not the greatest and he did not take his time with me.
good
For all that has been touted about Dr. Glassman, I was extremely disappointed with my visit to his office. After waiting IN the exam room for about 45 minutes, he walked in to greet me with a "what's up." I don't care what age you are or whether you wear an afro, pigtails, or a side-swept chignon, a new patient shouldn't be greeted with a "what's up." You're a doctor, not a barrista. Then during the examination he could hardly be bothered to uncross his arms, let alone examine my skin. For my first time in a dermatologist's office, the whole experience was bizarre. I decided to forgo his half-hearted shoulder-shrugged recommendations and get a second opinion.
He is constantly rushing around. He just wants to see the next patient. He doesn't ask any other questions or make suggestions.
He wasn't in the room more than 2 minutes. Seemed rushed and didn't want to take to time to explain anything. On the other hand, I was able to see him on short notice and the waiting room didn't take long.
There was a glitch with my appointment, but Dr. Glassman and staff 'made it right' and I was seen and out the door in about 1 1/2 hours, having been fit in around the scheduling issue. I thought that was truly outstanding customer service and, of course, Dr. Glassman is just wonderful, informative, professional. I always recommend him enthusiastically.
I have been coming to this practice for years and at this point it is for convenience only. The wait is always long and I am unimpressed w/ Dr. Glassman's bedside manner. If he were not always overbooked, I feel that he could spend more time asking questions to truly understand the best course of action for his patients.
Very friendly doc and staff. They are moving to electronic charting, which is a good thing, but at the moment it means they ask the same medical history questions twice - once on paper, and once in person.
He is a great doctor, did his usual superb work, and I consider myself fortunate to be one of his patients.
he was very good at listening to what i had to say.
was great thank you.
Dr. Glassman is highly competent. Thorough, professional, and a pleasaant bedside manner. There is usually a half hour wait to see him, but I attribute that to his excellent reputation and the fact that he is a Blue Cross preferred provider, so most of the cost of the visit is covered.
