She wasn't rushed with me and took time to hear my concerns which I appreciated. She gave me feedback and offered helpful points.
It was great.
She spent a lot of time with me and answered my questions, but I didn't get the impression that she cared all that much or was paying attention to my answers to her questions. For example, she asked if I'd had any surgeries and I listed them, hysterectomy included. A few minutes later she asked the date of my last period. Really?? Maybe she was having a bad day, so I'll give her one more shot to impress me.
She was easy going and very pleasant. The office was small, cozy and not at all hectic. She did not seem rushed and answered all my questions.
Dr. Theiner was extremely thorough and exceptionally personable!

Dr. Theiner is kind, thorough and never makes you feel rushed. She maintains a clinical yet overall 'healthy' lifestyle philosophy to her treatments. She is interested in your overall health- including emotional, mental, stress levels, etc. I feel very comfortable and confident in her as my PCP.

have emailed and called office a number of times since then for test results - emails have not received any reply, calls have been promised to be returned and have not been. Eventually, I went to see another Dr. to have the tests repeated and to be treated. This practice seems to more of a business than a medical practice and I think I got lost in the shuffle. Quantity over Quality.

I was a wreck as I walked in, and within seconds she asked me the important questions, took a moment to get to the root of my "doctor anxiety" and we moved forward with ease and patience. She gave great advice to try vitamins instead of just handing me a 'script. I highly suggest Dr. Thiener to everyone!

I believe a follow up call from Dr. Thiener on the result of the test and explaining it would be more helpful than an asistant who read word by word the results and not clarifying what it meant
Dr Theiner was nice -- but of the four prescriptions that I needed to fill, she forgot to write a script for the one that I needed most. I've been trying to contact her office to get this issue addressed before I run out of my medication, and have gotten no response from her or her staff at all. The office was a disaster -- long wait, rude staff, and they mixed my file up with another patient's who had a similar name. I'm appalled that they let that mistake happen, and the staff acted as if it were my fault. Aside from going there to sort out the issue with my prescription, I will never be going back here again.

My visit was with Dr. Braunstein. He was called in by the PA to take over. He was curt, but seemed knowledgable. My overall feeling: I'm a number, not a person. The technician taken the blood sample was wonderful.

Doctor Theiner is very professional and charming. She expresses care very well and I felt very comfortable discussing my condition with her. I think she is an excellent doctor.
She was efficient and went through nearly everything I could think of that concerned my current state of health as well as preventative measures for the future. She asked her questions twice, sometimes, to make sure she understood the answers I was giving her. It might have gone a tad too quick for me though, but then again, it was the best annual physical I've gotten in 10 years. It helped that I had my questions and concerns prepared as well as a relative knowledge of what I was to expect at a yearly physical. She went over all my medications and respected my decision to go as drugless as possible. She suggested supplements, gave me a practical plan to deal with my concerns and gave me all the referrals I needed to address any problems. Looking forward to the follow-up and hope that it isn't too rushed. To be fair, I did have my 5 month old with me and she allowed me time to nurse her while I was in with her. She had a nurse with her that was wonderful with my baby and helped me make sure I addressed any and all my concerns. I like this Practice. Its the first of its kind that I've seen in the Medical Field where EVERY single employee seems to be really happy and satisfied with their jobs.
