I was seen by a different doctor at Allergy and Asthma Care of Brooklyn -- a younger guy with longish dark hair. My appointment was at 5, but I arrived at 4:40 and was seen right away. I had a routine allergy test and everyone who treated me (3 different people) was professional and efficient. Not 1 minute of my time wasted. Strongly recommend.

She was very thorough in the exam. She made sure to ask me every question that could pertain to my allergy test. Dr. Charlot was extremely nice, highly recommended!

Good visit. Office staff was helpful, but a little overwhelmed. Dr. Charlot and her assistant doctor were sincere and disarming. Location is no more than a few feet from the subway station.

Nice office. Caring doctor who really seemed concerned about my condition. She really gets an A++ on bedside manners and was able to prescribe the right medications to get me on the right track. The medical assistants were all very friendly and professional. Great find (good job Zocdoc!)

My second visit with Dr C. Needed some advice since Spring is here and I am MISERABLE during this time of the year. Again, Dr C did not disappoint. Saw me right away and went over all my options (I should have listened to her--and all my previous allergists-- about starting allergy shots a long time ago). Ive recommended this office to friends and family and I cant say how happy I am to have found such an awesome allergist in the neighborhood....I start my allergy shots next week :)

Over a period of three hours (which included some wait time for testing, to be fair), I was seen by the two doctors for only a few minutes at a time, with long intervals of waiting between each visit, and each time they only gave me enough time to ask a question or two about my condition/treatment before leaving the room in a mad rush. After all this, I was rushed out of the appointment before my prescriptions had been written or my test results were given to me. I had to hang out at the front desk and ask the receptionist to go back to the Dr. Charlot and get my prescriptions. No apologies were offered. If I had not been insistent, they would have let me walk out without my prescriptions, results, or follow up of any kind. Massively disrespectful of my time, my health, and the $1000+ I will have paid for the visit. No thank you. There are plenty of other doctors out there who actually do a thorough and competent job of caring for their clients.

Dr. Charlot explained the procedure that I was seeing her for thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable as I underwent it. Afterwards she made sure that I was okay before leaving her office, which I found quite considerate. I do look forward to being in her care and having her help me get my allergies under control. The office nurses were also very polite and considerate as well.

Dr. Charlot seems to be a very thoughtful, smart and attentive professional. She took the time to listen to my situation and did not make me feel rushed. Overall a very pleasant and calming experience.

Awesome doctor. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable (I read her bio on her website which is impressive...I guess you'd expect that from a Harvard Med graduate). Answered all my questions and spent a lot of time speaking with me. Went over all my options. The office looks great and is very comfortable (its also right in front of the subway, which makes it easy to get to). The front staff was nice. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs an allergist. I just wished I had heard about this office earlier. I've been going into the city for years to see my allergist (in midtown!!), not realizing that there was a great allergist in Brooklyn 10 minutes from where I live.

Friendly office on a residential block - feels like a neighbor's apartment, with comfortable furniture. Seems extremely child-friendly.
