Awesome doctor. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable (I read her bio on her website which is impressive...I guess you'd expect that from a Harvard Med graduate). Answered all my questions and spent a lot of time speaking with me. Went over all my options. The office looks great and is very comfortable (its also right in front of the subway, which makes it easy to get to). The front staff was nice. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs an allergist. I just wished I had heard about this office earlier. I've been going into the city for years to see my allergist (in midtown!!), not realizing that there was a great allergist in Brooklyn 10 minutes from where I live.

Dr. Charlot was very receptive and quite thorough. I would recommend her to any without reservation. Excellent!

My visit was really satisfactory ,the staff is courteous and well trained .Dr. Charlot seems to be competent and professional.I am pleased with my first experience @ this facility.

Friendly office on a residential block - feels like a neighbor's apartment, with comfortable furniture. Seems extremely child-friendly.
