She was extremely professional, thoughtful, thorough(she knew what she was doing), and showed she cared about me and my sinus problems.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Pickens last week, and she's great. Friendly, professional and thorough in her explanations. She made me feel comfortable and I would recommend her. The only two drawbacks are parking (but it is DC) and the front desk staff. One older woman lacked customer service, and was loud, and even made negative comments each time she got off the phone with patients (I was in the wait room in ear shot). But the doctor herself is good.

Dr. Picken is super professional and thoughtful doctor. She is very patient and never seems rushed even though she has a busy practice. Always takes extra time to make sure she understands my ENT problems.

I thought the entire process of scheduling the appointment online was painless. I also like the online reminders. I was equally pleased that Dr. Picken explained throughly the prodecure and feelings that I would experience as her patient.
