Throughout her tenure, she has made significant contributions to the field as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado Denver Health Sciences Center. As a faculty member at the University Hospital, she established herself as an accomplished breast and body surgeon with a well-known reputation for also being a caring and compassionate doctor.
Having been an Assistant Professor at the University for 17 years, Dr. Franco-Webb has trained over 100 general and plastic surgery residents in the operating room. She has been a significant contributor to medical conferences and a teacher and mentor to countless medical and surgical students. Dr. Franco-Webb received her undergraduate degree as well as her medical degree from Stanford University in California. In 1987, she relocated from California to Colorado where she completed her general surgery training at St. Joseph’s Hospital, followed by her Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University of Colorado Denver Health Sciences Center. Her outstanding performance and achievements are what led her to pursue a teaching role at the University Hospital.
Dr. Franco-Webb has proven herself as a female star in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. She has a rapport with patients that leave them feeling supported and well connected. Additionally, her patients enjoy her easy and caring approach to their doctor-patient relationship and feel great about the hands-on attention she delivers.
