Dr. Chang-Soo Kim MD

Staff was friendly but Dr Kim didn't seem to listen to anything I said. I mentioned I was having some issues with depression and his response was to tell me to come back at a later date to talk to him about it. I'm sorry I didn't seem serious enough about it, maybe if I kill myself tonight he will take it me more seriously.

First time there. Very convenient to have Saturday Appts & that's why I went. Extremely attentive staff, smooth intake, nice waiting room. They gave me a cup of tea! Highly reccomended. Doctor sympathetic, attentive, efficient, not rushed at all.

Dr. Kim took his time with me and diagnosed the problem with my knee immediately. He also showed it to me online and took the time to explained everything to me. His staff was very pleasant and the intern was great. Thanks Dr. Kim!!!!!!

Dr Kim was great, never felt hurried like he was trying to get to the next patient. He took his time and explained everything that he thought was going on with my knee, and made sure all of my questions were answered

I liked Dr.Chang- Soo kim he listened to what I had to say and while explaining what he was talking about he showed me pictures on the laptop pointing out each diagram so I could understand better. He just didn't give me medicine and send me out the door, I have another appointment.

Very informative, answered all my questions and even gave me insight as to how my illness worked with online visuals. I appreciate him taking time to focus on me and not treating me like a number. He made sur I understood the "why" and gave me optimism.

He asked a lot of questions and noted everything on his computer. Made referrals and recommendations while I was in the office.He doesn't keep people waiting.
