Dr. Gilleon has recently moved practices and I like her so much that I tracked her down after leaving the first. I am so glad I did, she has a great personality and really knows what she is doing. My issues involve hormonal imbalances, including acne. I feel comfortable and confident in her recommendations, and have seen great results.

My husband and I chose Dr. Gilleon as my daughter's pediatrician because, after interviewing her last summer, we felt she was an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, even though she is a very good doctor, the number of times we were unable to get a response from her in a timely manner became way too frequent. When my daughter was born, it took the nurses two days to get a hold of her to come in. A month later, we had a huge mix-up with a referral because she was locked out of her office. At the beginning, she was responsive via email, but that tapered off to the point where I had sent three or four emails I never got responses to. My daughter was sick with a cough for over a week and I emailed Dr. Gilleon for advice on what to do. No response for several days. I called and left a message. No response (although she said she called and I had a missed call from an unknown number and no message so I guess that was her). I called later that evening to say I hadn't heard back and I'd like to speak with her. I was told she'd call when she was done with patients for the day. No call back until the following afternoon. Eventually, I made an appointment for my daughter, at which time Dr. Gilleon recommended allergy testing. We had that done, several days went by without a call about the results. Eventually I called and after two messages left, I got a call back from her assistant who told me the allergy test was negative. When I asked what the next steps were to determining what was causing my daughter's cough, since it wasn't allergies, she responded, "Um, I'm not sure. Maybe you need to see a pulmonologist?" When I told her that it seemed strange because Dr. Gilleon had said the problem wasn't in my daughter's lungs, but in post-nasal drip, she responded, "Well, if you don't want to see a pulmonologist then I'm not sure what we can do for you" I asked to speak to the doctor and, as usual, didn't get a call back by the end of that day, or the following day. That's when I decided to stop seeing Dr. Gilleon. I really wish she could get her communication and office issues sorted because I feel like she is a very good doctor. If Dr. Gilleon could get her practice organized and on the same page (one of her employees, Jason, is excellent), I would highly recommend her. But unfortunately, it doesn't matter how great your doctor is if you can never get a hold of her.

I have been taking my new baby to her and I am so glad I found her! She always goes the extra mile making sure I have no more questions and is very good at explaning all the little details that come with caring for my newborn. I have never left feeling rushed...I am always informed and confidant when I leave her office. My husband loves her too! A++ I couldn't as for anything more in my PED.

I'm in a bit of a shock. Her office is actually moving to a different suite, and Dr. Gilleon met me and took me to the correct suite. She knew me immediately by name, without me introducing myself. I was in and out quickly (but not rushed), and she's the sweetest doctor I've had. She was thorough, and I was quickly diagnosed and given her contact info if I have any problems. Fantastic!

Refreshing to talk with a doctor that listens!

She seemed very rushed and didn't explain much to me. I was in a lot of pain and the office had me waiting around for most of my visit. Dr Gilleon seemed nice, but I think she was more interested in getting me in and out than helping me feel better. She never actually looked at where the pain was coming from..just felt. I had a scheduled MRI that the office apparently didn't actually schedule with the hospital so again, I was waiting around in pain and never got the MRI. I honestly would find someone else to go to if you're in a lot of pain. My experience was not so pleasant, except for the Vicodin I was prescribed.

I have to say that in my 33 years, my first visit with Dr. Gilleon was the most pleasant doctor's visit I have ever had! The office itself is in a very inviting spa-like atmosphere, with relaxing music and beautifully sophisticated decor. I got to enjoy a cup of zen tea as I waited for appt., which was not much of a wait. I had gone in with some difficult feminine issues to discuss, and Dr. Gilleon put me at ease right away. It was as if I were talking to a trusted friend I had known for years. I did not know doctors even existed with such a pleasant and comforting bedside manner. She was a very good listener and addressed all of my concerns (and even concerns I didn't know I had) right away. I know no one enjoys pap smears, but I must say I hardly even knew it was happening, which I have to say is a big plus! I also adored the staff who treated me with warmth, respect and kindness. Finally, I have found my new doctor, who I plan to stay with as long as possible!!

Dr Gilleon is an awesome doctor. She really cares about her patients. I've been seeing her for about 2 1/2 years. When I moved to Chicago I found her and I have lefted her since. She is a doctor that really cares about her patients. I couldn't be in better care.

Dr. Gilleon was great. Very friendly, sincere and sympathetic.

Very good I would go back to her again.
