Dr. Raffo is awesome. The only issue was the wait time, but that is par for the course at most Dr's offices. Overall very satisfied.

It is a pleasure to be able to get a couple of nights sleep without pain after the injection into my shoulders with the new technology. Always takes time to answer my questions and I feel he really listens to my comments.

The receptionist did not get my ZocDoc documents and I had to fill them again at the clinic.

I felt hurried and rushed! He didn't seem to have time to listen to everything I had to say.

Our visit was very informative. Dr. Raffo explained everything very clearly and answered all of our questions.

Had a second visit with him today. He was about 30 minutes late in seeing me (and I was about 15 or 20 minutes early to the appointment). When he did see me, it seemed like he was very rushed and was trying to make up time by keeping my appointment as short as he possibly could without taking the time to actually figure out what was wrong.

It was excellent. Staff was very friendly! He was great. quickly assessed my injury, and implemented a treatment plan. I am very pleased! If I am injured again, I would definitely see Dr. Raffo (and others in the practice) again!

Solid visit. I had some brief time with a student-intern at the outset, for which Dr. Raffo obtained my permission beforehand. Dr. Raffo was very clear in his diagnosis, took the time to explain the technical details, explained the range of options for addressing the problem, and allowed me to decide which of the options I'd like to pursue. The x-ray technician was very relaxed and highly efficient, which I appreciate. If all doctor appointments went this smoothly, I'd be much less hesitant to go to the doctor.

Spent as much time as necessary, never felt rushed, answered my questions and addressed my concerns in an understandable way. Great visit. Very, Vry satisfied, really good team as well.

He definitely "gets the job done" but don't expect to have him sit and listen...he's in and out in a micro-second. Made me feel a little like I was in a factory. Get em in get em out...I personally will never go back and I would not recommend to anyone wanting a warm and fuzzy experience. You will NOT get it in this office. However, he did identify my issue.

Front desk didn't get my zocdoc info but even then the wait was fairly reasonable. He was knowledgeable and very straight to the point. I like how cautious he was with medications while I was pregnant. Definitely going back to him and recommend him to anyone!

The most important thing happened!! He correctly diagnosed the problem and was able to take x-rays at his most modern facility to make that diagnosis. Relieved my pain and prescribed the right medications to help me recover. Sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy in another state where I live in seconds. Very pleased. The hour drive from Alexandria, VA where I live was worth every minute. He rocks!

The visit was fine. The appt time had to be changed because ZocDoc showed available times on Aug 24 but Dr. Raffo wasn't actually working that day so the office had to call and reschedule.

Dr. Raffo took the time to sit with me and explain what was going on. He is very approachable and did not get defensive when I asked questions. Many doctors rush in and out of the treatment room, and Dr. Raffo has never done that. I recommend him highly.

Really impressed. Would almost rather have him as my spine doc but that is not his specialty. Got some great straight forward answers.

His staff was thorough and efficient, was able to get the necessary x-rays (shoulder issue) in the middle of the appointment for him to review, got a diagnosis quickly, and was scheduled for physical therapy promptly. So the net is that I got thorough service in a non-rushed environment that was still time efficient. Can't ask for more.
