Dr. Reddick is warm and caring and I could not ask for a better experience than I had at her office. She did a small procedure that involved deadening a very tender part of my face and I never felt a thing. And I LOVE booking appointments on line and all of the follow up from ZocDoc! Great system and I wish all doctors used it.

At first, the PA/RN/medical assistant (not sure which) interviewed me. She was very thorough and polite. Dr. Reddick took the time to thoroughly examine my skin, without making me feel embarrassed. At some point, the PA/RN/med assist returned to the room to take some additional notes and to facilitate writing prescriptions and labs, which was fine. The doctor explained what lab tests she would like to run and what we could do in the meantime to treat my condition. The doctor asked if I was okay with the plan so far, which is refreshing since so many doctors do not seem concerned about the patients' feelings.

Dr. Reddick was great. Very professional and efficient without seeming to be in a hurry to get you out of the office (like I have experienced else where).

The office was very efficient. I was in the waiting room 10 min tops (including filling out my paper work). The nurse saw me right away and then Dr. Reddick saw me about 30 seconds after that.
