She is very thorough and detailed and has a great office. She asked for a full medical history and really took the time to address all my concerns.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Lefevre and she has a wonderful assistant at the Wadsworth office. The wait is a bit long though, but I think she's worth it.

After a LONG process with my insurance and appointed PCP, I switched to Dr. Lefevre on a whim. I am beyond happy that I did. The receptionist was kind, helpful, upbeat (especially since my appt was at 4:15p) and I waited about 5 minutes after filling out my paperwork. Dr. Lefevre's assistant was very friendly, genuine, efficient, and understanding of my concerns. Dr. Lefevre listened intently, and was very quick and professional. I felt I could be completely open and honest and I would get the help I needed. See you all soon!

Dr. Lefevre and her nurse were both nice and polite, however from the beginning until the end my visit was 2 full hours. What irritated me most was that I was the first patient she saw and I heard and saw her chatting on the phone until I was seen (I was brought in a full hour and forty minutes after my scheduled appointment).

This doctor was informative, quick and on point the exam and consult was less than 30mins..she was awesome!

Dr. Lefevre was very attentive, however, her assistant was not. She left both doors to the exam room open (so several patients overheard her asking about my medical history); she didn't look at me while she asked any of the questions; and she seemed generally uninterested and rushed.

Dr. Lefevre was very engaging and knowledgeable. She offered alternative solutions outside of medication. I will definitely make her my primary physician.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and Dr Lefevre is great. She knew her stuff, listened to me, and was very helpful.

Friendly, professional, exceeded expectations. The office staff was nice and professional, the atmosphere was pleasing and comfortable and I had a good experience. The choice of music in the area where they took blood was questionable-volume should have been lower. This was a busy day in the office with lots of new patients (me being one of them) and that's the reason for the long wait per the front desk.

I've been seeing Dr. Lefevre for about two years now and she makes me feel so comfortable. It took me five years and four different doctors to find her and it was well worth the wait.

It was great to speak with her and have all my questions answered. Dr. Cluny Lefevre was patient,clear spoken and her bedside manner was great.

She was so sweet. Really calm and sincere in her assessment. I'm really looking forward to her getting to know me and how my body works (sounds kinda creepy, but seriously though). She seems to be really thurough and has a good sense of humor too.

I was surprised and concerned that the doctor didn't take any blood work nor did she take any other test. She just gave me a prescription for a medicine that was not manufactured anymore. Besides that she was a nice doctor but I would have appreciated certainty not assumption

I thought everyone in the office was thorough, efficient and friendly. I had to wait a little, but that's expected at a doctor's office. But I found Dr. Lefevre to be patient, sympathetic, and honest. She took her time to listen and addressed all my concerns.

I thought Dr cluny lefevre was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. I felt comfortable and wasn't rushed out the office. She sat and addressed my concerns.

Prompting this review of my experience, the U.S. Patient’s Bill of Rights clearly states: “The patient has the right to review the records about his/her care and to have the information explained or interpreted as necessary, except when restricted by law." Had a pleasant experience with Dr.Lefevre on 12/17/11. She seemed caring, interested and knowledgeable. Her assistant drew blood and sent it away to be analyzed. Dr. Lefevre promised an email within one week explaining the results of my bloodwork (which included fertility information- an emotional issue). However more than 3 weeks, two inquiry emails and two messages left with reception later, I have not heard anything back. The receptionist confirmed that my lab results are back, but understandably could not share the information with me. The receptionist also notified me that there is no way for me to contact the doctor directly- the doctor has no personal voicemail and that I would have to wait for the email to come or make another appointment. Sadly and shockingly, I was treated as though I was a nuisance because I wanted the results of very important blood tests. The customer service from what appeared to be a professional office was horrifyingly shocking. Planning to pick up my test results and take them to another doctor. Cannot in good faith recommend this doctor or office.

Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Her Assistant was just as nice. Great team! I will recommend her to all my friends and co-workers.

The receptionist was excellent, friendly and professional. She really made me feel at ease, and answered every question I had. The doctor was great also, and listened to my concerns and addressed them. Best doctor's visit to date!!

Even though the doctor herself was very nice and knowledgeable I couldn't say the same thing for her staff. My first appointment was cancelled without being notified. I called and was told they were trying to reach but I never received any messages. When I finally went to my appointment the paperwork given to me to fill out did not have a HIPPA form and had other patient's results. My blood was drawn by a very nice lady but her nails were excessively long and she did not wear gloves. As I was leaving and waiting by the front desk to make a follow up appointment the staff were sitting around eating. I work in a medical environment so I found this office to be unprofessional. I did not go back for a follow up.

Dr. Lefevre was sweet and understanding. She took the time to issue referrals for me and listen to my concerns.

I did have a long waiting time which inconvienced me a little, but the nursing staff was excellent. I have a phobia with needles but the nurse was great with working with me. As for Dr. Lefevre, I thought she was a naturopathic doctor, but once she prescribed me medication, I realized she wasnt. I expected more, but I will see how the next visit goes.

The staff were easy to talk to, helpful, and pleasant. Dr. Lefevre was personable and made me feel right at home. The wait was longer than expected, but I had nowhere to be and a book to read, so I didn't mind. The patient waiting room had a nice ambiance, and was comfortable.

This was the best doctor's visit I have ever had. Everyone from Dr. Lefevre to her madical assistant to the receptionist was very warm, personable and friendly. I would give her a 5-star recommendation and refer my friends and family to her!

Dr. Cluny Lefevre is a breath of fresh air. There are too many docotors in the city that seem like they are being inconvenieinced for doing their jobs. I was very pleased that she saw me right away and was very personable. She answered all questions and even called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a message at her office! She is a great physician and I am glad that I don't have to shop around for a decent doctor anymore, She is great!
