Dr. Nagle was very thorough in her examination. Explained my diagnosis' in detailed and answered every question that I had. Never felt rushed. Actually, I came away with knowledge about how the eye functions that I never knew before. I was really impressed. Jonas and Brittany were very professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Didn't love the fact that there's a dentist's office upstairs, but every other aspect of this visit to the eye doctor was great. Dr. Nagel explained everything that she was doing to examine my eye and was very soothing since I was very anxious. I would absolutely recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Nagel was very pleasant. She was very patient and listened each complaint carefully, very thorough in her approach and extremely polite with excellent manners. She was also very informative about various procedures, their significane and kept in mind to print out a couple of pages on glaucoma at the end of the visit for me to read at home.

My wait time after her assistant checked my eyes was not all that long. I appreciate the answers to my questions and she did not mention any surgical procedures for me until I asked. All I wanted was a checkup and an evaluation on my glasses and how I can better my eye sight. I have a follow up visit to potentially correcting my cataract and astigmatism. They have an uptwon office, but it was a smart move to open shop in Tribeca. Maybe not a good idea to start family here, since schools are over packed.
