Patient Reviews for Daniel Firshein, DPM
I have been a patient with Dr. Firshein for a few years now. There are doctors who you can't relate to or talk to about your concerns. He is not One of Them. He is a doctor who cares about the well being of his patients. He is friendly,out-going, and his staff is amazing too!
He was initially recommended by a friend of mine and has been my doctor for a few years. I've had various problems with my feet and ankles and he has always come up with the best solution, practical advice and reassurance. Very highly skilled professional!
I don't think it's acceptable to keep patients waiting for more than 30 minutes. If it's necessary because of an emergency, it would be helpful if the staff would fill me in on what kind of delay is likely (they must know as soon as I arrive) and apologize for the delay as if it is not a routine occurance. I got the impression that nobody thought this was any big deal to keep a patient waiting a half hour. I will go back once more but if I am kept waiting 30 minutes or more, I won't go back.
I know Dr. Firshein for years. I always trust his judgment and value his professionalism.
