I had an appointment at 4:30. The doctor left the office at 4:45 and didn't come back until 5:30. No explanation was given and when I brought it up no apology was offered. This is totally unacceptable.

Knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Office and equipment are clean and up-to-date. His staff was friendly, patient and helpful. I didn't experience a long wait at all, however that of course would depend on how busy the doctor is on the given day. Overall, a good experience.

He is one of the best eye doctors in the city, unfortunately that means you have to wait a bit. I am becoming more patience.

I thought Dr. K was very helpful and knowledgable however, the wait and his staff's interaction with me made my visit extremely frustrating. When I asked how much longer after waiting for almost an hour they were rude and abrupt with me. They said, "its called a waiting room for a reason", I can't think of a ruder response.

Very business oriented, not patient. Waiting room full of people doctor arrives two hours later and than rush begins.
