He was very nice and took his time reviewing my symptoms, medical history and taking care of my ears. Only issue is that they don't take cards so I couldn't use my flex spending account .

He was really nice and gentle, great bedside manner and was trying to make me laugh and focus despite the camera going down my nose. Not the most pleasant experience of my life, but he was really nice and encouraging, which made it A LOT better than it would have otherwise been. I can't fault him for doing his job and being thorough with the camera, so I give him high marks, despite the long wait in the office. He did spend a good amount of time with me when I went in though.

I thought Dr. Pender was great, very informative and kind. His office is not getting 5 stars from me though, because his Audiologist was a little too rough with me. We did an extensive series of hearing tests when I was there, and one of them involved applying electrodes to my forehead and behind my ears. That lady rubbed me so raw behind my ears to put on the electrodes, I was practically bleeding. One one side, she tried to apply the electrode and it wasn't quite right, so she had to rub me a second time even harder (buffing off the little hairs, I'm guessing), and today I'm scabbed over and it stings a LOT behind my ear.

The receptionist was very sweet and professional. I was seen right away by Dr. Pender. He was very attentive and helpful in determining what I needed and made sure I knew why I wasn't feeling well, what my options were, gave me the necessary prescription and let me know what I would need to follow up with. I will definitely be visiting Dr. Pender again in the future and highly recommend him!
