The doctor was great - saw me right away and had a solution to my problem, which can be hard to treat. He was very friendly, saw me right away, and has early morning convient appointment times. I must say, however, that his receptionist was extremely unprofessional. While I was in the waiting room filling out my paperwork she was on a very personal call and practically screaming into the phone at times about someone's debt problem. She was on the phone the ENTIRE time I was waiting, even as she handed me the paperwork - wouldn't have been able to get a word in had I had any questions.

Dr.Arick was great and took care of me in no time. I was really in a state of craziness as I could not hear very well in my right year and he took the time to clean out both ears and I felt brand new. He is great, funny and he cares for his patients. 100% Thumbs up for Doc!!! Thank you so much. I will see you in 6 months.

Dr. Arick LISTENED to what I had to tell him about how I felt, then thoroughly examined me and went a step further where the problem was found. When I mentioned I was concerned about my hearing because of family history, he addressed that issue as well. All in all a very good experience.

This was great. As soon as I was in the examination area I got prompt attention to my complaint and was treated right away.

The receptionist were very rude. I asked them to check my authorization for referral online (because they were the only one to had access to it), but they refused with very rude behavior. My referral of other special were approved within 3 days, but for this doctors it took forever. I will not recommend any one.

It really says something about a doctor who greets you at the door, introduces himself and shakes your hand before you enter the examination room. Dr. Arick was thorough and answered all of my questions during my ENT consultation, at one point taking out an illustrated manual to show me that what I thought was abnormal really wasn't. I would definitely visit him again, should the need arise.

My experience with Dr. Arick was excellent. He was pleasant and approachable throughout my appointment and displayed a solid command of his area of expertise. With virtually no wait time (I was seen as soon as I finished filling out my new patient paperwork) and his primo office location, I would certainly recommend him to people in the Financial District and will see him again for my ENT needs.
