Dr. Friedman graduated from Mount Sinai Medical School and completed his residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse in OB/GYN. He has held leadership positions with many organizations in New York including being the Medical Director of the Birthing Center at Long Island College Hospital and the Former Chair of the New York Chapter for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has a special interest in Pelvic Pain, Ovarian Cysts, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Menopause, Ultrasound, Recurrent Miscarriages, Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery and difficult cases of Vaginitis. Dr. Friedman is committed to ensuring a personal and individualized experience for all of his patients and looks forward to welcoming you to his practice. Going to the gynocologist isn't the most pleasant experience, but Dr. Friedman was absolutely wonderful. While I had to wait a while to be seen, he made up for it. Very professional and extremely friendly. I have already recommended him to friends in the city looking for a good OBGYN.
He is a very friendly and professional doctor. He made me feel comfortable even though I was very nervous. We had a nice conversation before he examined me,he made me feel important. I didn't like his medical assistant though, she was cold and unfriendly. She seemed like she was in a bad mood...
Dr. Friedman is great! He makes patients feel very comfortable and at ease. He also takes time to sit and talk with patients and is eager to answer any questions or address any issues you may have. I highly recommend him.
