Had complete confidence in Dr Kriegel. He had the opportunity to suggest expensive alternatives that I probably did not need but he did not. Just gave great, informed medical advice. I would go back to him for any dermatological issue, medical or cosmetic. Office staff was also great.

Dr. Kriegel and his staff were fantastic. It was the first time I had been there, so I didn't really know what to expect. The receptionist and nurses/assistants were really nice and warm -- pleasant experience. Dr. Kriegel was kind, patient, and actually listened. He was really great with answering follow-up questions, providing prescriptions that actually fit my lifestyle, and making helpful suggestions (both medical and non-medical). After my appointment, I had a follow-up question about a prescription and was able to speak to someone immediately for clarification -- no interminable wait for a phone call that never came, but a live person providing helpful answers. I feel very hopeful that the creams along with the self care I have learned from my research on the Internet are going to work to eliminate my foot fungus so that I will not need anymore painful toenail surgery.

Dr. Kriegel seemed very knowledgeable and caring. He took a genuine interest in my condition and sought ways to help me get more comfortable. My only complaint is that his office is very busy and it took me about 20 minutes to see the receptionist to hand in my insurance card--she was too busy answering phones!

I had an appointment with Dr. Santhouse instead. She was very professional and gave me all of my options. She was calm and personable. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Whe I got there the 1:00pm appts for This Dr were complaining of the waiting time - It took me 1:45 before I was placed in the examination room - Then another 20 minutes until a newly hired assistant started asking me questions, which she was not throrough about - The doctor had to apologize for this lateness - The entire consultation + waiting time was 2.5 hours. Not convenient at all to make use of this service, if any appointments made and confirmed by the doctor's office are NOT KEPT by the Doctor.

Definitely a pro-- but definitely all business. I would say I was in and out of consultation in under ten minutes-- he checked me out, answered one or two questions, then basically told me to have a nice day. Made it clear he was done and wasn't interested in whether I had more questions, concerns, etc. Not ideal, but my basic needs were still met. If you have more than one issue to discuss, expect to make more than one appointment (and pay more than one co-pay.)

I waited for two hours before I was seen. The receptionists are not helpful or friendly. Dr. is nice, but the staff is awful.
