I had to have an ingrown toenail removed and i was really nervous and scared, but Dr. Bates was amazing and put me at ease . I would highly recommend him . :)

Dr. Bates did a great examination and even found some things I knew were not right but I had not mentioned wanted to have seen. He was informative, gave me several options but did not push them upon me as he recognized I had financial limitations. Also gave me possibility of splitting costs in more than one payment.

I am new to the area & found great reviews on Angieslist so I was apprenhensive and asked my hubby to go with So,I went in for one procedure & ended up doing both toes today so, that I could just get rid of any future procedures. Of course my hubby helped set my mind at ease and after meeting with Doctor Bates I was relieved that his professionalism put my mind at ease. Tonight I am doing very well and have no qualms on referring other scardy-cats (such as myself ) to see him. By the way his staff are marvelous too. Rose
Dr. Bates is very good. Nobody goes to the podiatrist because things are feeling right, and honestly my chronic foot pain was becoming a real pain in the...foot. Although I was truly not a fan of the shot in the tendon, it was the start of my treatment to ultimately get me back on my feet and walking without pain. I am still ramping back to 100%, but feel very confident that I chose the right podiatrist to get me well. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bates. He is smart, listens, understands, and follows-up.
