Dr. Capiola was extremely professional and helpful. Efficient, without seeming rushed. Wait time was about an hour and a half on my first and only visit and the waiting room was extremely small, cramped and hectic.

The waiting room was packed, people were on their cell phones, and others were generally unhappy. Front desk staff was helpful, friendly, and generally pretty happy. Capiola was the man, friendly, thorough, and called someone on his personal cell phone for me. Go see him and don't have any regrets...

I would highly recommend Dr. Capiola. I came to see him from Alabama in regard to an injury to my finger. I didn't have to wait very long to see him. He was upbeat, happy and very thorough with examining my finger and explaining to me what needed to be done. He told me that surgery was the best option and that the type I required should be done by an orthopedic hand surgeon because it was a very specialized surgery. He then made a call to his collegue and set an appointment for me with him. It's very rare these days to meet with a doctor who has your best interest at heart and will direct you to the another physician whom he feels is a better fit for your problem. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Capiola.

Immediately after my appointment I started singing Dr. Capiola's praises to my friends. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and I felt very at ease with him. He was thorough - really listening to everything I had to say and checking out each of the problems I mentioned - but was also efficient. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone - I feel so lucky to have found such a great doctor.

Waited 45 minutes and would have waited longer if I didn't complain. Waiting room was not air-conditioned and there were not enough seats for the patients. Dr. was apologetic, had a great bedside manner and recommended a conservative treatment, which I appreciated.

Dr. Capiola is a wonderful doctor with exceptional bedside manner. I went in not knowing what was wrong with my finger after trying to catch a football the wrong way. Turns out it was sprained. The wait in the tiny waiting room was not enjoyable but once I was taken in, the process was swift and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Capiola. Just leave enough time for at least a 45 minute wait.

It is a small waiting area, but the Dr. really helped diagnose my knee problem and took the time to explain it to me - and recommended a great physical therapy facility. He went out of his way to get me a digital copy of my xray for my records. I recommended him to a friend with knee pain.

Dr. Capiola really took the time to understand my injury and past medical history. Not only was he familiar with a relatively uncommon drug that I was taking, but when I told him of a rare condition that I had, though he wasn't familiar with it (and few are), he wrote it down in his notes so that he could do more research on it. This despite the fact that it wasn't relevant to my injury. I think he just wanted to learn more about it. He took the time to show me the x-rays and thoroughly explain what was going on, and to recommend what to do about it. Only downside here is that the office is not so nice looking, and when I asked for a copy of my x-rays as computer files, I was told at first that they didn't exist as files, then that they might possibly be able to give me a copy on a 3.5" floppy disk. Really? I didn't even think they still made those.

Office is centrally located near subway. Front desk personnel is polite and helpful answering questions. Upon arrival I was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Capiola is very personable, extremely thorough in exam & taking notes and spent time answering all of my questions. The X-ray tech was also very nice and professional. Very pleasant experience for visiting the doctor - highly recommend!

Dr. Capiola was fantastic! I didn't mind the wait because he was very quick once you were in the office. He did an X-ray right away, and was able to diagnose me quickly. He was very sweet and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. I was very impressed with him and will CERTAINLY be going back to him if I need to see an orthopedist. An amazing experience with an amazing doctor! Dr Capiola was one of the best physicians I have ever been to. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. He did a thorough exam, asked a lot of relevant questions, took an xray on site and then showed me the xray and pointed out what he was looking and why. He gave me a solid PT script with a list of recommendations and prescribed a patch since I can't take ibuprofin since it bother my stomach. He was punctual and his office was very nice. I highly recommend him.
