He seems very knowledgeable.
Staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond normal expectations to try to work out some confusion with my insurance company. Dr. Edelstein himself was very attentive. He actually listened to my concerns, spent significant time with me, and didn't push me to surgery. I actually came in because I believed I needed surgery, and I may still, but he said that we should address my concerns methodically to make sure we can't fix the problem another way before we go the surgical route. If I do end up needing surgery, I will feel very comfortable having him do it.
Dr. Edelstein and his office staff are nothing but superior. After filling out forms for my first visit, I was immediately taken for an extensive hearing test with the audiologist. Once finished, I waited only 5 minutes for Dr. E. He was very personable, asked A LOT of questions, sincerely listened to my answers, and is exceptionally sensitive to musicians and their needs.
