Simply wonderful. Good listener. Beautiful new office on the Upper East Side. Fixed my hearing. Just needed my ears cleaned out and he didn't mind doing it. He said that as long as I was happy, he was happy. Been living in NYC for two years and I had no idea how loud this city was until yesterday.

I felt Dr. Volpi was very competent, efficient, and had a professional and friendly bedside manner. The office staff were productive and friendly as well. My wait time in the office before seeing Dr. Volpi was less that 30 minutes. I was very with that.
