She is excellent and was quickly able to help us with three different problems!

Dr. Freehling diagnosed a problem that I had that two other doctors had failed to diagnose. Furthermore, she took a lot of time to explain what the problem was and what she would need to do to fix it.

Completely satisified with Dr Freehling. I had answers to all of my questions and was never left in the dark. She was very good at keeping me relaxed. Good healthcare.

The initial visit went very well. However, the follow-up visit, Dr. Freehling was very rude and unfriendly. She didn't care to listen to what I, the patient, attempted to tell her.

Great communication and quite friendly. Quick and to the point. She recommended I take an antibiotic shot and made sure I had a quick shot appointment with another physician before I left the office.

Professional and honest about the positive and negative outcomes of her surgeries.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Freehling. Dr. Freehling took her time to go over my medical history. She also did thorough examination before making a diagnosis. She was friendly throughout our session. She let me know the steps she was going to take for the exam before she began her procedure. She also let me know that I should tell her to stop should I feel any major discomfort. While you can say that goes without saying, by her explicitly saying so makes a patient feels reassured.

Dr. Freehling was very professional, courteous and took the time to listen and understand what I was saying while being very efficient. Her diagnosis was on the spot and I left feeling better than when I walked in!

Even though we had to wait for almost 1 hour from the appointment time, the meeting with Dr. Deborah Freehling was very informative and helpful. She is professional and could address all the possible problems that could have occurred by my son's illness. Although we met other doctor at PAMP a few days ago with the same test results that Dr. Freehling had today, we could not get anything close to what Dr. Freehling provided us today, which was clear information about present conditions and treatment methods. She gave us a relief.

Knowledgeable, thorough, answered my questions (although I forgot to ask for solutions to avoid bursting eardrum during descending flight). I felt like I had her undivided attention. Appreciated the ear cleaning insrtuctions.

The doctor was warm, concerned, and told me exactly what she was going to do prior to doing so. I have a double ear infection, horribly painful, and her first concern was minimizing my discomfort whilst doing what she had to do to begin the healing process. Office staff were great, too; easy parking. She'll be my ENT from now on.
