I’ve had two appointments with Dr. Jaliman, one for a medical (not cosmetic) procedure, so I now feel prepared to write a review. Though the office is busy, everyone who works with the doctor is very helpful, patient, and friendly, especially her nurses/medical assistants. They encourage questions and give honest, clear answers. Dr. Jaliman is efficient (which means short wait times even though the place is busy) but will also take the time to explain what she is doing and why, and answer questions-- all while being genuinely down to earth and cheerful. She clearly loves what she does and is an expert in her field which makes me feel like I’m in good hands. And a bonus—her well-appointed and modern office faces Central Park on Fifth Avenue, so the walk to and fro is extremely pleasant.
Dr. Jaliman is lovely, and so are her nurses. The front desk staff could be friendlier. The office is very modern and clean.
I was going to remove a mole. They left me waiting in a room for about 30 minutes (alone) after applying anesthesia. I really felt bad because of that. They just forgot about me.... But at the end Dr. Jaliman came and did the procedure really quick.
