Great experience. This was a follow up visit and I was seen right away; Pam and the rest of the staff are wonderful and very customer-focused. Dr. Gross really listens and makes practical suggestions based on what's going on in my life. I am beyond thrilled with the results--I look like me, only better: the proof is that just minutes ago, someone in my office told me that she'd been looking at my skin during this morning's meeting and she said my skin was as "smooth and glowing" as a baby's bottom.

Wonderful doctor with a top-notch staff. He explained everything; he actually discouraged me from doing too much; and what he actually did, well, when I got home and took a look at myself--wow! I look fresher but still "me." I will be returning.

The place was very clean...staff was very professional and friendly...got a face peel and the young lady walked me through every step of the process...noticed a difference right away once was done...will definately recommend Dr. Gross...my skin looks amazing!!!

Doctor Gross spent a lot of time with me and is an excellent doctor.He diagnosed my skin problems immediately.I will recommend him to my friends.

The office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They sent me all the forms I needed to fill out before I got to the office so I could complete at my leisure. Dr. Gross was very warm and patient with me. I had botox done for the first time and it was painless. I already scheduled another appointment for a full body scan.

Dr. Gross and his entire staff were thoroughly professional and so pleasant. He took time with me and listened and was able to diagnose my problem immediately. I would highly recommend him and his staff. I was also able to get an appointment immmediately which was great.
