Dr. Dina Iskander OD

The appointment itself was good, Dr. Iskander was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get my prescription correct. However, i have been waiting over a week and a half for my contacts to come in without any notifications from the doctor's office. I've just called and they are on vacation for this entire week, something that she failed to mention at any point during my appointment. This will delay me getting my contacts until three weeks after my appointment, which is absolutely unacceptable. Though the doctor is good, communication is poor, and I would not recommend going here.

Very friendly and thorough. Provided detailed answers to all of my questions. Made me feel very comfortable.

If you are looking for an optometrist that is going to fit you with a new pair of contacts that day and assist you in ordering them, this is the wrong place. Other optometrists I've gone to have given me new contacts during the visit, however after this visit all I walked out with was a prescription sheet with my numbers on it without a word about what to do with it. She seemed like she had better things to do with her time.

Dr. Iskander was nice, patient and intelligent. However, the wait time for my appointment was about 35 minutes, which seemed rather long.

I thoght Dr. Iskadler was great but didn't like the 35 minute wait. I would go back again, but defnitely call beforehand to check if there is a wait.
