Dr. Donald Henderson MD, MPH, is a highly-trained internist licensed in both internal medicine and gastroenterology. He is proud to maintain a philosophy of
prevention throughout his private practice, so that patients can lead healthier lives and detect disease earlier.
Helping patients to take an active role in their care has had a profound effect on his visitors in the West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Inglewood airport area communities. A kind and professional provider, Dr. Henderson is renowned for listening to patients’ concerns and closely explaining their healthcare needs. He specializes in solving difficult diagnostic problems, and he even offers alternative methods for patients’ treatment.
Dr. Henderson attended medical school at University of Florida, and he earned his Master’s in Public Health at Harvard University in order to get a deeper understanding of the patients he would treat. From there Dr. Henderson chose Boston again for his internship and his residency in internal medicine at Harvard Medical School. Wanting to specialize further, Dr. Henderson took his training to a deeper fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Henderson stays involved with professional associations like the American Cancer Society. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and go skiing. He is an avid reader, and loves to catch live musical performances as much as he can.

Dr. Henderson is the most unprofessional, disrespectful doctor I have ever been to. He gave me what I would consider a "psychic" visit, not examining me or listening to my symptoms, merely diagnosing me from sight. He took two phone calls in the course of five minutes, not apologizing for either, leaving me sitting on the examination table (here, just a table--skipping the examination) and telling me I'm "skinny" and am a "classic case." Rude and pompous. I wonder if he would treat a man the same way he treated me.

He is great - very personable! Went to him for gastro issues but may switch to make him my MD as well.
He was a great guy. Really friendly and honest. Everything you'd want in a doctor.

VERY expensive office & didn't offer help for the reason i was seen. for what was done, i don't see how the price fits the protocol. also considering the area the office is located in. the wait was not great either.

He was actually really interested in my background, kind of put together my history without my having to say too much and actually seemed concerned. A really nice guy. Even made me laugh.
