I've only seen her once but she was very nice and sweet. We'll see how it goes.

Courteous and understanding, attentive ,Answered all my questions and looking forward to my Physio treatments with her staff.

I do not think Dr Drukman was particularly helpful (I am sadly an "expert" in my long knee and back history an she only told me pretty obvious things). However, I think the specialists they have (the physical therapist and, most importantly, the chiropractor) were very good.

The grand central physical therapy office is terrible - I booked an appointment with dr drukman and was transferred to a different doctor with no warning; the front office forgot to send my MRI preapproval paperwork to my insurance company for TWO weeks, despite the fact that I called every few days to ask.

Dr. Drukman had an outstanding bedside manner, was highly informative, thorough, and kind. She was patient and listened to all of my questions, concerns, and explanations. This was the most positive experience I have had with a doctor in my memory. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but a little overwhelmed by the high volume of phone calls due to the apparent high demand for the services offered at this facility.

Facilities are a little on the grubby side, but the staff and Doctor are all friendly and super-helpful. Plus, it's always easy to make an appointment. They have been great throughout recovery.

Dr. Drukman is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my injuries, treatment options. She also recommended several at-home and practical changes which helped my knee and ankle injuries heal in addition to PT. Her physical therapy team is excellent!

Quite thorough

Came in with a rolled ankle and she was able to set up an xray appt. and ultrasound asap.

She was very thorough in her analysis of my pain and very nice. However, I wasn't fond of the front desk reception or the wait time, and the waiting area was uncomfortable.

Dr Drukman is an amazing doctor that understood my pain, got to the root of it and gave me some relief just in the first visit! The workers behind the desk doing billing were rude, mean, and laughed at me when I told them I didn't have money because I just made an emergency appt while at work. They also try to charge you the full amount of the first visit "just in case" something doesn't go though on you insurance, and they tell you it is for your deductible. When the insurance goes through they put it toward your deductible or refund it if you have already met your deductible. They were terrible people, but luckily I was in so much pain I couldn't leave and I got to see one of the best doctors I have ever seen- and I've been to many!!!

Made a same day appointment and was seen by the doctor, got X-Rays taken, and even squeezed in some PT. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Drukman, her staff, and her facilities. I was treated quite well, got in quickly, and I was listened to like most docs don't even attempt to listen to patients anymore. I'll definitely be back for the follow-up.
