Let me come into the office on short notice. Very friendly staff. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer all questions for me.

Terrific...Asked lots of questions, gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

A bit of a wait, but he and his team are wonderful. I strongly recommend him.

I was very impressed. My only suggestion would be to provide a handicapped bathroom on the floor where the office is located ( we had to go to the lobby).

Extremely personable, patient, and informative. He and his brother (Dr. Bruce Feldman) share a practice in Chevy Chase, and I can actually happily recommend both -- Dr. Bruce Feldman had performed a septoplasty (deviated septum un-deviation) on me in 2005, with excellent results.

Dr. Feldman is the kind of doctor who inspires a patient's confidence in his medical expertise, and he's also a pleasant person. His office staff, administrative and medical, also are pleasant and professional.

Simple appointment took over an hour. Waited 35 minutes in the morning even though I had one of the first appointments of the day. Great doctor though. Just don't be in a rush if you plan on going.

The Feldman ENT group is great! I've been to two doctors in the group, including Dr. Douglas Feldman. The doctors, assistants, and staff are all very courteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I felt that the treatment I received was very thorough and of the highest quality. I would definitely recommend them!

I was late for my first apt, due to metro delays by 10 minutes. I walked in and the first receptionist made a big deal about my timeliness. She said she will check with the doctor and didn't want me to fill anything out. Just told me have a seat. Other that one receptionist, the other one (younger one) was nicer and a little more understanding. The doctor himself, I have no complaints about. He is the first doctor that told me something different then rhinitis.... I will probably go back to that office.

I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman and his staff (from the receptionists to his medical assistant to the audiologist). They were all friendly and took time to explain everything to me.

Dr. Feldman was very professional and listened to my symptoms carefully. He explained that I had a very bad sinus infection and what medicines to take and why. I felt extremely comfortable and would definitely go back to see him again. The only drawback to this office is that the front desk staff is hard to reach on the phone - therefore ZocDoc is the best way to make an appointment!

His office emailed me Tuesday to say he did not have time at 3:00 Wednesday.

Dr. Feldman and his assistants as well as the reception staff were very courteous and professional. All of them took the time to explain the tests they were looking at performing an answered all the questions that I had.

Very thorough

Every time I see him I am sure I selected the right ENT doctor. He really knows his business, is very nice to deal with, explains things clearly, and provides treatments that work. I recommend him highly.

The wait was obnoxiously long, but Dr. Feldman was worth it. He was patient, knowledgeable, and was exceptionally kind. I would absolutely go back and would recommend him highly.

Excellent Doctor and superp practice in the greater DC area. We have been with the prcatice since 2003. They have have been treating our whole family and has operated on my son twice with remarkable cure. He does not have any more ear infections and swims regularly. I has sinus probalem that I had ignored for last 15 years as minor cold which snowballed into major soft tissue infection last year specially with age and reduced immunity. The case was not well treated by my primary. Eventually I turned to Dr. Doug for help. It was effectively cured with a very modern scientific approach rather than a traditionalist view. Highly recomend

He was quick and thorough. Both he and his assistant were skilled at what they did. He came to a quick conclusion and recommendation, but still wanted to do some follow up.

Dr. Feldman was very personable and took time to explain to me what he was going to do, and what I could expect. He did not rush through the appointment and was very gentle with the scope through my nose and into my throat.

I really liked Dr. Feldman as he listened to me and did not make me feel that my issue was not important. Great bedside manner. He offered advice and a referral. The front desk staff are NOT friendly, they are actually quite rude. I had Dr. Gray and she was FABULOUS and would recommend her, super sweet and nice.
