Really enjoyed my visit and he not was not only very thorough in his diagnosis of my condition, he listened to me and answered all of my questions. Also, super nice. Would highly recommend.

Wait Time

Waited over 40 min to see the doctor and only spent 10 min in the room. The doctor requested that I get an x-ray and MRI which he informed me that his nurse would schedule. After waiting 2wks for a call back from the nurse I decided to go see another doctor who resolved my back problems. Also the doctor’s office is still trying to charge me for the 2nd visit which never occurred, very bad service.

Wait Time

Although, (as a new patient) it's a bit early for me to give a "full review," Dr. Manderson was VERY respectful and kind and seemed knowledgeable, patient and unhurried. Although I had a bit of a wait, it was not unreasonable and the front desk staff was polite and competent. Unfortunately, the diagnostic lab I was sent to for an X-Ray (just down the hall, in the hospital) was very slow and unorganized, bordering on unprofessional. No reflection on Dr. Manderson at all! But I'd recommend patients build in at least 1-2 hours (to be safe) if they think they might need an X-ray or other diagnostic following their appointments. Perhaps I was simply unlucky, but the wait for me was unacceptable, and apparently due to the fact that the diagnostic lab's employees were not communicating and/or were poorly trained (i.e., not because there were many patients ahead of me, but that I was not seen in the order in which I arrived). I'm guessing the usual X-ray process, including wait time, takes at least 30-60 minutes, but for me it was almost 2 hours, and might have been longer had I not been proactive after the first hour's wait. Just FYI!

Wait Time

I had a 12:30 appointment and I wasn't seen until over an hour after my appointment time. Also, when the doctor saw me, he probably spent all of two minutes with me basically to tell me that I needed an x-ray and had to come back for another appointment. I was very unhappy with the amount of time I had to wait.
