Dr Elahi is Associate Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Director of Fifth Avenue Eye Associates and Faces Fifth Avenue, NY. He is the past Director of Mount Sinai Eye Care Services.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Dr Elahi is actively involved in clinical research and has published extensively in peer review journals and academic textbooks. He lectures internationally and is an active reviewer for peer review journals.
Dr Elahi is member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and has been the recipient of several awards for resident education. He has been frequently recognized by "America's Top Ophthalmologists", "Superdocs" and "Best Doctors".
