This visit was for my dad, John Stein. I researched zocdoc.com for the doctors in my dad's vicinity and then read their accomplishments. I chose Dr. Levy because he seemed just right. My dad felt validated by Dr. Levy. Dr. Levy listens and makes you feel that he cares. My father kept his subsequent visit the following Monday. I liked Dr. Levy because he didn't have that holier-than-though attitude that so many Manhattan doctors have, because he took the time to explain his concerns about my symptoms in a non-technical manner, and because he was patient in answering all of my questions.

Initial visit was good and Dr. Levy was good at giving simple explainations for a few things that I knew about but have never been fully explained to me before. Wait time was long especially because office had asked that I come in early to fill in forms, so I did wait almost an hour, but even if I had arrived at appointment time, I would have waited almost 40 minutes. Dr. Levy appologized as soon as he saw me, but it would have been nice to have the receptionist mention it when I checked in as well.

Overall I had a satisfactory experience. Weren't it that I had to wait for an hour. It would've made my experience a better one. Nonetheless, Dr. Levy was attentive to my health.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the doctor. Dr. Levy was really nice, and calmed my fears. I actually enjoyed my visit, and I don't feel judged by the fact that I hadn't been to the doc in a long time. His wait room is quiet and the front desk is super friendly and accommodating. Plus, he is open on Sunday, as a teacher that makes my life so much easier!

The MD's office received my zocdoc appt right away as I called to confirm just a few minutes after making it online. Dr. Levy saw me right away, I only waited a few minutes. I was very sick, and he was able to treat me accordingly. I felt better instantly and Dr. Levy even let me come in on Christmas Eve to get the treatment I needed instead of going to the emergency room. He goes above and beyond and truly cares and remembers his patients. One of the best doctors I've ever met. Will always go back. I'd recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr. Eduard was amazing. I cannot tell you how many doctors I've been to in the past who won't even make eye contact while I am telling them my symptoms, which usually means they are not listening. Dr. Eduard seems really interested in my case, asking me important (and relevant questions) and even writing down my answers. What really impressed me is that he grabbed a paper and pencil and started drawing the digestive system and showing me what happens to the heavy meals I eat before I go to bed at night in order to convince me that it's a bad habit to eat heavy meals right before bed. Today (a week after my 1st visit)I called him to see if I can get my blood test results. I left a voice mail (because i am calling after office hours really) and he called me back from his cell phone 2 minutes later to tell me the results (not the results but that everything was normal). I don't wanna use up more space than this. Thanks Zocdoc and thanks Dr. Levy.

Dr. Levy was friendly and professional. I immediately noticed that he listened and provided more information than any physician I have visited in a very long time. This is so rare these days. Dr. Levy made me feel welcome and responded in layman's terms so that I could easily understand what he was describing. He is to be commended for outstanding service and excellent professionalism.
