Wait time was extended - waiting room is small and cramped. However, Dr. Fitzpatrick is wonderful and knows his stuff. Worth waiting for.

Dr. Fitzpatrick was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He has a great sense of humor, and made me feel at ease. I saw him for his speciality as a pulmonologist, but he also has a good practice as a general practioner I highly recommend him.

Dr. Fitzpatrick was a very nice and caring man. He has a very busy practice and given the amount of people waiting to be seen, I was pleasantly surprised with my wait time. As far as my diagnosis is concerned, I can tell you in about 5 days if he got it right or wrong.

Dr. Fitzpatrick practices in a local neighborhood-oriented practice. The office is not in state-of-the-arts condition but is friendly and efficient enough. I probably won't be using him as my main PCP just because of my personal personality preference, but he was helpful and knowledgeable. One thing to note about the office: they do not accept credit cards, so have cash for checks ready.

My appointment was at 1130 but ideas my first time there so I went early to do paper work glad I did! I was finished with my appointment by 1215 and the waiting room was packed! Very nice doctor and staff!

I will go back, despite the horrible wait! I've gone through several doctors in the area, and this one is a keeper.

Need better management of walk-ins vs appointments

Everyone there was pretty nice, Dr. Fitzpatrick is a very nice man with a silly sense of humor. There was a lot of waiting though, so prepare for that, or try to get in early before the crowd forms.

Great visit, no complaints...

While Dr. Fitzpatrick was knowledgeable and friendly, I waited for close to two hours for my 9 am appointment. The staff was not friendly or helpful as the waiting room began to overflow with sick patients. In addition, I have now called 5 times to get the results of my bloodwork. My appointment was over a month ago and the office was supposed to call me within two days. No one has ever followed up or given me an answer when asked when I can expect to receive them. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

The doctor was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and had a good sense of humor! Glad to have finally found a great neighborhood doctor.

I very much enjoyed my experience with him, especially because it was a first visit and I was nervous, but he was very thorough and took his time. And I felt satisfied when I walked out that everything was covered and spoken about. I will definitely use his services again.

Very nice. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable with him. Took time to really listen about our concerns and didn't rush us out like some doctors do (it was even lunch time) I would highly recommend him!
