He's the first Dr. to recognize my concerns, after visiting several other physicians, I feel he's extremely competent and am happy I went to see him! He knew the problem and began treatment immediately.

The overall impression is perfect. The location is convinient. The staff is friendly, the office is not crowded. The waiting time was 6 minutes. The doctor is listening carefully, asking questions, and focusing on the problem. We were very satisfied.

I called several Doctor's offices; and this doctor seemed to me to have the best staff: That matters to me (yes, I first looked at education & certifications) but after all it's the staff I must first deal with; and if a doctor can't be bothered to hire decent people, well what am I to think? In the office I again judged the Doctor favorably by his staff, and when I saw Edward Lack, MD I found him to be an above average MD.

Couldn't have been happier with my first appointment with Dr. Lack. Unlike the Doctors I went to in New York, he actually spent time with me and diagnosed what was wrong right away. It's been one night and already I can feel an improvement in my skin! He obviously knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping his patients. Breath of fresh air compared to what I was used to!
