My appt was 6pm. I was seen by the Dr. Brown by 6:30pm! She was plesant & gentle. I have no complaints. I highly recommend her; she is GREAT!

Waited two and a half hours, one and a half of which I had to spend sitting with a cup of my own pee. Dr. Brown is nice, but the office is so horribly disorganized that it's not worth it.

This was a second visit to receive test results. I arrived to appointment on time and was informed by receptionist that the doctor would be an hour late. I asked why didn't they call in advance and the receptionist was told by doctor that clients could walk. I DON"T THINK SO!! I had to re schedule in order to get my results otherwise I wouldn't have returned.

She was a kind and patient Dr. Her bedside manner was great, but the wait was rough! I waited for my initial appointment for about an hour, and a little over 30 minutes for the follow up!

Amazing. I made the appointment online but zocdoc messed up the scheduling and Dr. Brown was not supposed to be available til much, much later in the day. Luckily, she was in the office preparing for a presentation that afternoon. She saw me right away with no hassle! She was incredibly friendly with a great personality. She completely put me at ease; I would definitely recommend her.
