Dr. Bryk is the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at New York Downtown Hospital in lower Manhattan, an affiliate of the New York Presbyterian Healthcare System.
Dr. Bryk is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Association. He is a member of many academic societies and boards, including the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the International Cartilage Repair Society. He was a founding member of the Academic Orthopaedic Society and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Research Committee.
