Not very friendly and not very clear regarding treatment. Not very sensitive or caring. We were not made to feel special, important or appreciated. We will NOT return although she was presumptious that we would follow up with her.
I waited 40 minutes just to be seen for 15 minutes. The sound on the tv's in the waiting room was loud and distracting making it hard to read or concentrate.
She was very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. I made an appointment for a follow up visit.
