Dr. Goldberg was great, but her receptionist was so so rude that I will not be going back there. Everything she said to me was with an attitude and eye rolling. Then after my appointment, I stopped at her desk to pay for my treatment and she barely looked up from the phone, told me I was done and gestured to the door. I assumed this meant they were going to charge my credit card, which I had already given for copay. Then, she calls me repeatedly while I'm at work and when I get a minute to answer the phone her exact words are, "you told me you didn't owe anything and left without paying." She accuses me of lying to her! How can you treat your patients like this?! Especially on their first visit?! Obviously they have all my information, it's not like I'm trying to pull one over on them. I told her that I was at work and busy and because of her attitude was not willing to inconvenience myself so she could "close out her day." Also, I arrived at 9:25 for my 9:30 appointment and they saw two people before me who had arrived to the office after me (one of which had a 9:45 appt). Very rude, very unprofessional. It was a terrible experience.

Really nice doctor, but her office has not confirmed my ZocDoc appointments the last 2 times. In fact, the second time I called to confirm on my own, they had no record of my appointment. It appears they don't really care to work with ZocDoc customers. Based on my past experiences, I wouldn't recommend her.

Terrible. Would never go back. Pushed products and on two separate occasions I had to wait over one hour even after calling 20 minutes prior to appt time to check whether or not Dr. Goldberg was running on time. Very unprofessional! Found another Derm

Dr. Goldberg was professional in the examination room but running an hour and forty-five minutes late on appointments is extremely inconvenient to the patient. The office staff treated this as normal process so I assume this isn't a rare thing. I'll definitely be going somewhere else for my next annual skin check.

After my appointment with Dr. Goldberg, I felt very satisfied with her diagnosis. She was very professional and friendly at the same time. She was very knowledgeable which made me feel confident in what she had to say.

The visit with the doctor was fine. However, I waited for more than one hour during which I saw people who arrived at the office after me go in before me. When I asked about that I was told that "ZocDoc appointments" have lower priority than other appointments.

I had an emergency and they squoze an appointment in for me with open arms. Dr. Goldberg and her assistant were so nice, calm and understanding. Highly Recommended.
