AMAZING! Would give 10 stars if I could. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left it was the best customer service I've ever experienced at a doctor's office. The doctor's asst. is a sweetheart and the doctor knows what she's doing.

I was extremely impressed with her front office staff. Sandy was thorough, welcoming and professional. The wait was practically insignificant. Dr. Udo was equally professional and very knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was top-notch and she clearly explained her medical assessment. I am thrilled to finally have a new primary care who really seems to care about not just the time she spends with you, but the time you spend waiting to see her.

just found out by listening to an irate patient that she does not accept walk-ins even if a person is sick

Dr. Udo and her team are congenial, warm and professional. They made me feel at ease even while Dr. Udo was training a PA. I'm not one to be ill but I do look really forward to my follow-up visit.

She was very nice as was her receptionst/nurse.

The first time that i came to see Dr. Udo I waited for 3 hrs before I was seen. I was highly pissed because I scheduled my appointment through ZocDoc for 9 am. I was told when I got there that there were no appointment times its first come first serve basis. I was upset and highly agitated being that I had other appointments lined. up However when she finally got to me she was very pleasant, understanding, and listened to everything I said. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. she cared about how i felt and listened to my complaints. I now use her as my primary care provider and am very pleased.

Fantastic doctor with a great personality and really listens to your problems. Also very good at explaining medical jargon in a down to earth language.

Doctors visits make me very nervous. I chose Dr. Udo based on her ZocDoc reviews, and I'm very happy that I did. Dr. Udo was very kind and made me feel very comfortable.

So far, very good. Since this was my first visit, Dr. Udo spent a great deal of time going over my medical history, asking questions and, most importantly, listening to answers. As my new primary care doctor, she said she would coordinate my care and records among various specialists I see, a first for any primary care doctor I've ever had. Her assistant, Sandy, was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Dr. Udo is so friendly and takes time to explain things whenever I have a question.

I found Dr. Udo to be very attentive and focused during my visit. Her staff, namely Sandy, was very welcoming and did everything to make all of the patients feel important and most comfortable.

Dr. Udo is the third doctor I have seen in 2 years and by far my favorite. Although her office is small, inside an apartment building, she was warm and welcoming, as was the receptionist. I was seen almost as soon as I finished my paperwork. I was very happy with my experience and will come back.

I came to Dr. Udo after passing out on the subway and was very concerned about my health. I felt Dr. Udo took the situation seriously, and addressed my concerns about work and recuperation. I was asked to come back in a week for follow-up. When I tried to call a few days later, no one picked up the phone, there was no voicemail system and no one answered the door. I tried for several weeks with no success. Not even a voicemail recording?! I will not return due to the lack of professionalism shown in that regard.

Dr. Udo is an excellent choice of doctor. A very smooth doctor's visit. I was greeted by a very nice and friendly woman who helped me with my paperwork. I was seen immediately which is unheard of at doctor's office! During my visit Dr. Udo showed interest in my symptoms (she listens!) and she explained everything. I am definitely making Dr. Udo my top choice when making appointments.

Read great reviews on Dr Udo so decided to go ahead and see her. The words 'are you sure there is nothing more you want to chat about' came out of her mouth. I almost fell out of my seat! Every doctor I have seen in NYC rushes you out and doesn't care- but she does. I definitely recommend her. Also- the nurse Sandy is amazing! They made the visit a pleasant and positive experience.

Dr. Udo is a friendly and approachable doctor. She was easy to talk to and more importantly willing to answer questions and answered questions in an easy to understand manner. The medical assistant/nurse she had in her office was also a pleasure. Over the years I have gone to several different doctors and I have never really been happy with their bedside manners. I think I've finally found one I can stick with.

My visit with Doctor Udo was great! I've been shopping for a new doctor and have certainly found a good one. She's very personable, caring, thorough, and best of all made me feel like a human being. I did have some wait time only because there were several patients there to see her--HOWEVER, the time went by very quickly and I did not mind the wait at all. Her staff is very friendly-- I would highly recommend her!

She was very wonderful and warm! Which dr. says "I'd be happy to answer questions! Ask away!" ? Well she did, and I like that she has a true philosophy and a commitment to developing trust and improving the level of care in her communities. She is a parent as well and that is very important to me.

One of the kindest, most considerate, genuine yet still thorough doctors I have ever seen. Her staff is also amazing. I didn't have to wait for more than five minutes after completing my paper work, within minutes, I felt completely relaxed and thought that her holistic approach to treatment (meaning my entire health, not just one specific ailment) and treating me like a person and not just a patient was unprecedented in my recent encounters here. I can't recommend her more.

Dr. Udo was very pleasant, but I felt that my exam was rushed and felt frustrated that I was charged additional money for filling out the physical form for which I made the appointment. Nothing too great and I think next time I will definitely look elsewhere.

doctor was o.k. but the office was very disorganized... i called back three times regarding a prescription that i URGENTLY needed faxed into a mail order service and she never faxed it in! because the "fax machine in the office is broken." she never returned my phone call either. go see another doctor>> don't waste your time with this one!

I absolutely loved this doctor. She was thorough, and the treatment I received from both her and her staff was very professional and respectful. I went in search of a new doctor, and I definitely feel I have found one.
