I just had my last follow up with Dr.Chynn at Park Avenue LASEK and it's confirmed that my vision is actually BETTER than 20/20! They said there was a possibility that I might get better vision than I had in my contacts (I could see 20/20 with -4.50 contacts in both eyes) but I didn't believe it! Today (three months later) I can read all the letters on the 20/15 line and I couldn't be happier! Best XMAS present ever! THANK YOU!

I went in to see Dr. Chynn the other day for a LASEK consultation after hearing that it is a safer procedure than LASIK because cutting a corneal flap is not required. He explained the benefits of LASEK to me patiently and knowledgeably, and I have decided to go with Park Avenue LASEK for my laser corrective surgery. The staff is comprised entirely of MD's, and I felt comfortable about the thoroughness and accuracy of my preliminary tests. I also decided to go with Dr. Chynn because he has a reputation for being the best LASEK surgeon in the area, and is the only doctor to perform the safer LASEK in New York. Liz and Shardai at the front desk were also very warm and inviting, and I can't wait to get my surgery done, which will be in about 5 weeks!
