Patient Reviews for Eric Keller, DO
I only had a pre-natal consultation with him but he was very attentive, responded all my questions and he seems like a great professional.
Dr. Keller is a great doctor who has a quality that most doctors forgot about a long time ago; the ability to listen. He doesn't cut you off or interrupt you. He listens to your thoughts thoroughly even if they are repetitive (as in the case of my nervous husband)and he applies smoothly his medical skills to whatever is ailing your child. I wish he would go into private practice because sometimes there are ridiculously long waits there but it's worth it. Plus he's good looking ;) My two sons were sick and he took the patience and the time to examine them and then to listen to us. I am also eternally grateful that he was able to ease my sons congestion as he was so miserable. We should all have a Dr. Keller in our back pocket because he really is helpful and caring.
He is great and very professional. Always makes you feel like your questions are not foolish. He always explains everything in great detail and even makes visuals in order for you to understand. Friendly with baby and tries to make everyone feel comfortable. Overall great doctor!
I had to wait nearly two hours for a five minute-examination with a boy whose ear was hurting. There were other kids (not feeling well either) and the staff could not care less and was not very helpful when somebody dared to ask. There are several doctors working in the office, but nobody offered to take over some patients after seeing the delay. One doctor left for the day while there were still obviously sick children waiting. If somebody had asked I would have been happy to be seen by somebody else to get my boy home and back to bed where he should have stayed.
Dr. Keller is very approachable and friendly. He did an excellent job in putting my daughter at ease especially after having to wait a LONG time and she was getting nervous as kids around her were getting their flu shots. The only negative aspect of our visit is the wait time, which was longer than usual (we waited close to 2 hours even though we have an appointment).
Dr. Keller is great. Always answers all your questions and . Great at making you feel as if your his only patient and not rushing you out the door. Excellent bedside manner
My visit with Doctor Keller was great. He was patient with the kids, especially the baby. He made my son laugh. He was very informaive and thorough. Excellent bedside manner. He seemed to genuinley care about the health of my children.
He was great with my son, soft spoken, gentle, everything you want in your baby's doctor. This was a well visit, so I can't comment how he handles a sick kid.
