Dr. Eric Teller MD


Professional Statement

Dr. Eric Teller is an internist, pulmonologist, and sleep medicine specialist treating patients in New York City and the surrounding communities. He holds certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is affiliated with the New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center. Dr. Teller is also a member of professional organizations including the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

For his undergraduate degree, Dr. Teller attended Yeshiva University. He pursued his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Teller remained at the university to receive residency training in internal medicine, serving as chief resident in his final year in the program. Dr. Teller has also completed a pulmonary and critical care fellowship program at Colombia Presbyterian Hospital.

Patients visiting Dr. Teller can receive a full range of medical services. He provides general consultations, bronchoscopy, screenings for lung cancer, and sleep studies. Treatment is available for issues including snoring, insomnia, bronchitis, asthma, and emphysema. In addition to his practice, Dr. Teller has participated in research on subjects including cardiovascular effects of pulmonary conditions and genetic mechanisms for antibody production.
