Excellent, great bedside manner and funny as well
Both the doctor and the office staff are terrific. I ran late - they accommodated that graciously, and my appointment went easily and was informative. I left with something for immediate relief and options to consider, with a plan to return for further discussion. This is a smart, competent doctor.
Dr. Isaacson is a very nice, easy-to-be-with doctor, but what stood out for me was that he diagnosed my problems as minor (mild ingrown toenail, corn) not requiring elaborate treatment or follow-up. Dr. Isaacson joked that he had spent seven years in training to do what amounted to a pedicure, but I think he must have spent seven years in training learning to do surgery and some uncounted number of years learning when not to do it. That judgment is priceless.
He really puts me at ease. I feel that I'm being well taken care of by a doctor that really cares.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Isaacson. I will definitely be going back to him for any future foot pains. He was very informative, thorough and polite. He got to know a bit about me to know how my injury and my recovery factors in to my daily life and activities - not simply prescribing something that is unmanageable in the real world. And Florence who set me up in the room was a delight as well!
From the moment I arrived at this practice, the staff was welcoming and polite. The doctor took plenty of time to examine me and, using ultrasound, showed where my problem was and explained the treatment. I’m very pleased with Dr. Isaacson’s gentle approach and clear explanations. The treatment was very effective, my debilitating foot pain was gone in two days. Doctors like this are the rarity these days. Especially in NYC.

Great find. He's very nice, down to earth. Saw him because I'd broken my toe weeks ago and it hasn't fully recovered. He promptly xrayed it, showed me the break and was very nice about the whole thing.
Only good things to say about Dr. Isaacson, himself. The fact that I had to wait an hour to see him shows a lack of respect for patients' time, however. Explaining that things were busy is not acceptable. One should consider all of this when scheduling so many patients.

Dr. Isaacson put me at ease immediately - he is incredibly professional, with a great sense of humor to boot! I initially went to him for a second opinion, as my first doctor tried to push me to commit to foot surgery, but Dr. Isaacson gave me honest and up-front solutions on how we can work to resolve my foot pain without going through surgery. He started out as a second opinion, but I don't think I'll ever go to anyone else again! Additionally, his staff is quite possibly the most genuinely friendly team I've ever met, and the whole experience was just overall refreshing!

Dr. really took his time to go through and explain all the options. Did not rush like so many other docs these days. Almost no wait time, the overall visit was quick and efficient. Highly recommended!
