Dr. Shapiro is a wonderful doctor. I had been searching for a new doctor after my insurance changed. I made an appointment with him based on the reviews I read on ZocDoc. Those reviews were SO right. He was very welcoming and professional. The office staff was great. I only waited for about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, ZocDoc said Dr. Shapiro took my insurance, which he doesn't. His office tried to call me to tell me this, but I never received the message because of phone trouble. Dr. Shapiro took me anyway that day because of the misunderstanding, but the next time I go I will have to make an appointment with one of his partners. I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro and his office in general.
